Matt and Jessica have a love story that started in a modern way – through a dating app. It was a match made in the digital world, and they like to say that it was love at first "like." They hit it off immediately, bonding over their shared love of hiking and trying new restaurants in their city. As their relationship grew, they knew that they had found something truly special.
On December 26, 2022, Matt proposed to Jessica in the snow on her parents' land in Western Kentucky. It was a magical moment, and she couldn't have been more thrilled to say yes. They knew that they wanted to start their engagement off on the right foot, so they decided to take their engagement photos at Lookout Mountain in the beautiful state of Colorado.
Jessica is currently working as an Interim CEO at a psychiatric hospital in Colorado, and Matt is able to work remotely, so he has joined Jessica here for much of her time. They fell in love with Colorado state's breathtaking natural beauty and they wanted to capture this moment in time with their engagement photos.
Lookout Mountain in Golden had the perfect scenic mountain backdrop they wanted.
