Recently, I had the joy of capturing an incredible portrait session in downtown Denver that highlighted the best of urban portraiture.
Our session began on the rooftop of a downtown parking garage. Surrounded by Denver’s iconic skyline, the open-air space gave us the perfect mix of architectural lines and expansive skies. The late afternoon sun created soft, flattering light, and as the golden hour approached, the glow added a dreamy warmth to the portraits.
The rooftop wasn’t just a backdrop; it was an experience. The minimalism of concrete and steel contrasted beautifully with the subject’s personality and style, making them pop in every shot.
